Awards Planning Committee

The Committee for California’s Health (CoCH) is planning the 2019 Advancing Health Equity Awards. CoCH is composed of leadership of organizations working with local health departments regionally and statewide.

CoCH grew out of the Advancing Health Equity Awards Planning Committee and was created to support the growing movement among California’s public health departments to advance health equity by addressing social inequalities.

CoCH is currently staffed by Sophie Simon-Ortiz from Human Impact Partners. CoCH is supported by The California Endowment.
